Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive in Kathmandu. You'll have time for some exploring and to grab some last-minute items for your trip, before a bike fitting in the afternoon.

Day 2

An early morning transfer from Kathmandu to the start of our Himalayan journey, upcountry in Besisahar. Spend the afternoon meeting our porters and taking in the incredible views!

Day 3

The first day of riding on the trip begins with climbing from Besisahar up to the village of Tal, which is almost 1,000 meters higher in elevation. Absolutely stunning views of the lower Himalaya surround us, and only get better the further we ride.

Day 4

A challenging climb makes this one of the longest and hardest sections along the trekking trail. The terrain is rugged but fun. There is great jungle and river scenery so take this stage steady and enjoy the ride.

Day 5

Ride from jungle singletrack into the wide and rocky paths of the high Himalaya. Incredible views surround the path all the way to the end of the ride in the village of Manang, at over 3,600 meters.

Day 6

Rest and acclimatization day in Manang. Enjoy the village's cozy coffee shops and spend the day relaxing, or take short hikes into the surrounding mountains to admire the views.

Day 7

A gentle ride into Thronog Phedi, the base camp of Thorong La. Take the ride slowly, being careful of loose rock on the trail, and the ever increasing elevation.

Day 8

The most challenging day of the trip- tackle the high altitude pass of Thorong La. It's a challenge trek up to the top, at 5,416 meters, followed by an amazing descent.

Day 9

A fast and fun day, passing through several villages and ecozones out of the high Himalaya and down to the lush and verdant valleys similar to where the trip began.

Day 10

The last day of riding is a fast and fun day with exciting descents riding through lush river valleys punctuated with waterfalls. There are still views of the high Himalaya on the ride down into the village of Beni. After lunch, pack up the bikes and drive 3 hours into Pokhara.

Day 11

Enjoy Pokhara in the morning before traveling back to Kathmandu in the afternoon via a short flight. One last dinner to say farewell before departing Kathmandu the following day.

Day 12

Transfer to the airport for departure and onward travels.
